Lauren Thomas

I started my career in early childhood education as an assistant teacher. I subsequently spent many years as a Director of a local daycare.  In every role I held, it was always the children and families I connected with that made the work meaningful. 

Looking back on my time in child care and education, I wish I had known more about Positive Leaps and the vital support it provides to help children and families navigate behavioral and emotional challenges.

Now, as Outreach Coordinator, my mission is to build strong, genuine partnerships throughout the community. When we come together with a shared commitment to children, we don’t just change individual lives — we help create a stronger future for our entire community.
