Personal Statement:

I started at Positive Leaps in 2019. I began as a Child Behavior Specialist Aide & worked my way up to becoming a longtime Child Behavior Specialist. I then moved on to becoming the Intake Specialist & am now the Outreach Coordinator and part of the Intake Team.

I appreciate our company’s values because I have worked across different roles at Positive Leaps. As a Child Behavior Aide and Specialist, I worked daily with the children to achieve their goals. As part of the Intake Team, I work with the parents and guardians directly, guiding them through selecting and starting at Positive Leaps. Additionally, as the Outreach Coordinator, I make strong connections with community partners to spread the word about Positive Leaps to hopefully reach and help more families.

It is extremely rewarding to see how Positive Leaps helps families. I am passionate about Positive Leaps and our work because helping others is all I’ve ever wanted to do, and we are one of a kind.

Creating a safe space for children and families that need a strong support system is integral. At Positive Leaps, we do this in a fun and creative way. Positive Leaps is here step-by-step to guide a child to success.  We do this while keeping the guardians and parents involved so they know their little one or teen is being cared for to the fullest. Through the ups and downs, we are here for our clients.
